2. Volunteer events when the Club has a booth and needs Member support to man the booths; additionally, volunteer for events supporting the community

 1. Plan display layout, identify items for display, gain approval

 2. Set up display between November 17

II.  Club Christmas Brunch Event

 1. Plan and execute the event on December 9th

 2. Identify sub-committee leads and times for completion of efforts (e.g., location decoration, location food, gifts, etc)

 1. Create design of the 2017 Sam Boyd Christmas Tree Contest decorations

 2. Decorate the Club's Tree for contest judging prior to Christmas

IV.  Ho'olaule'a 2018 Committee

 1. Plan the 2018 event

 2. Identify event theme (Hawaiian and English)

 3. Identify sub-committee leads (e.g., logistics, hospitality, beverage, Keiki Zone, vendor coordination, Na Mea, Vintage Store, advertisement, volunteer coordination, raffle, etc)

 1. Consolidate and finalize Policy & Procedures Manual

 1. Develop membership drive efforts

 1. Develop budget for scholarship awards

 2. Manage existing scholarships for award; develop new scholarships for awarding
