Vendor Applications

Please read the Summary Letter carefully; the amended Application is HERE

UPDATE: The Indoor portion of the event is rapidly filling up; sign up soon as a Waiting List may be developed.  See amended application with amended fee schedule in place as of July 19th, 2018.

If you downloaded the application prior to July 19, 2018, (slightly different fee schedule) we will grandfather just the costs for indoor vendors as they appear.

Once you have read the Cover Letter & filled out the Application, mail the application with payment to:

Once we receive both the Application AND Payment, and vendors selling things MUST include a menu, list of items, or picture of items for sale for review, we will notify you of acceptance and what items can be sold.  

Applications without payment/payment without applications will not be processed.​​

We are excited about his year's event!  We are now well into coordinating all the logistics and vendor attendance.

We need your help to conduct a successful Ho'olaule'a and request your kokua to volunteer for event operations.  Contact the Club and there are plenty areas available to make this a terrific event!
